Terms
and Conditions
Deposits
A deposit is required within 14 days of making the initial booking.
The deposit is required in order to secure the trip date. If a deposit
isn't taken within 14 days then the trip date goes back on the market.
The minimum deposit required is $1,000 per person.
Final Payment
Final payment for the whole trip is due 60days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Conditions
When a booking is cancelled the deposit is forfeited. If a booking is
cancelled less than 60 days prior to departure or if passengers fail
to arrive and no cancellation has been made - the total value of the
reservation.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance including cancellation
insurance.
Medical Information
Participation with cannon charters requires that you are in good health.
It is essential that any persons with physical/medical and/or related
dietary conditions to provide in writing no later than 60 days prior
to departure.
Emergency Conditions
Clients must bear the cost of any emergency medical evacuation or rescue
charges.
Events Beyond Our Control Cannon Charters does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury,
damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly
or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but
not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God, acts
of government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of
machinery or equipment or industrial action.
